The Palo Alto Office Manager will be responsible for facilities and front office management for our combined Venture Firm and Start Up Incubation office.
The ideal candidate has stellar people and organizational skills, can work independently, as well as communicate well within a team and can handle multiple interruptions throughout the day. The Office Manager is the first to greet all employees and guests and should reflect the face of Costanoa Ventures.
Director of First Impressions at the Palo Alto office- welcome visitors and manage conference room assignments. Assist guests with audio visual equipment for presentations. Ensure that meeting rooms are re-set for next event as well as maintaining organized work and kitchen spaces.
Vendor Management — Manage relationships and transactions with service providers — such as IT Consultant, Property Manager, Marketing Collateral Suppliers, Caterers, Office Supply Vendors.
Administrative Assistant — scheduling, coordination with internal and external attendees, travel planning, expense report processing, CRM data entry, Accounts Payable data entry, support for finance team, plus other projects and duties as assigned.
