My Philosophy: 

I find private investments are more interesting and relatable compared to public ones. Having worked in both hedge funds and venture capital and across organizations of all sizes, I realized that I'm most passionate about the dynamic, innovative environment of the VC world. The prospect of developing new processes and making a tangible impact within a firm excites me.

Experience:

Prior to Costanoa, I was an assistant controller at Shasta Ventures, where I managed the financial operations, including tax and financial reporting, and worked with the CFO to ensure accurate financial tracking and compliance. Prior to Shasta, I worked at Symphony Asset Management, a hedge fund specializing in fixed income products. I started my career at KPMG’s Bay Area asset management audit practice, predominantly serving hedge fund and venture capital clients for 5 years. 

A Little More About Me: 

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me outdoors, either cycling through scenic routes or exploring new hiking trails. I enjoy the challenge and adventure that come with both activities, whether it's finishing a long ride on my bike or reaching a breathtaking summit on foot. Being in nature helps me stay active, find inner peace, and appreciate the little things in life. I am a big Josh Allen fan - Go Bills!
