My Philosophy: 

I’ve always loved connecting with people and building genuine relationships. When we recognize that everyone has different connectivity needs, we’re able to take different approaches to show up. Being able to collaborate with my team to ensure smooth operations and creating a warm environment are the most rewarding parts of my job.

Experience:

Prior to joining Costanoa, I spent four years as an Administrative Assistant at Icon Ventures where I provided support to the investment team and oversaw event coordination.

A Little More About Me: 

My life outside of work is a mixtape of fitness fabs, traveling, and coffee. My current rotation includes reformer pilates, dance, lifting, and hiking. I also love exploring new places and catching live shows as there's nothing better than the energy of travel or a concert to spark inspiration.
