My Philosophy: 

Working in venture capital is fulfilling to me because we are able to give opportunities to high-potential companies whose technology reshapes the way business is done. Early hires can make or break your company. I love partnering with our founders to understand the DNA of who they need to hire, and help them find and close the ideal candidate. I love working with the founding team of an early-stage company to identify the right talent and frameworks that make their vision come to life.

Experience:

Prior to joining Costanoa Ventures, I was a Senior Corporate Recruiter at Toptal where I partnered with executive stakeholders who were distributed all over the world to hire high-caliber talent, and build processes that scaled during hypergrowth. Before Toptal, I worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter at a boutique staffing agency for 4 years, which taught me the ins and outs of how to recruit for companies of all sizes and sectors.

A Little More About Me: 

Outside of work, I’m always on the move - whether that’s hiking, biking, rollerblading, or getting humbled at a workout class. I love to travel (ask me about where I’m heading next) and explore new parts of the world. I’m an alumna of The Ohio State University and love cheering on the Buckeyes alongside my husband and two cats.
