Before joining Costanoa, I was the Talent Partner at Cowboy Ventures, spearheading initiatives to find exceptional talent and strengthening our network both across our portfolio companies and the firm. Over the past decade, I have recruited and nurtured top talent teams for top Bay Area tech companies like Google, Adobe, and Yahoo.

A Little More About Me: 

In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, son, daughter, family and friends. You’ll often find me gardening, near the ocean, hanging with my dogs, and scoping out new food spots (who doesn’t like to eat).
