My Philosophy: 

Having worked at start-ups of all shapes and sizes, I know firsthand how tough—and how rewarding—the journey can be. I  empathize with every founder and team member who walks through our doors, whether they’re here to pitch, host a board meeting, grab a workspace, or just sit down with someone on our team. Through both the highs and the lows, we’re here for them. We make it our job to create a space where everyone feels welcome, supported, and free to focus on what really matters.

Experience:

I have many years of administrative, facilities and IT experience, supporting a variety of organizations from early stage teams to corporate enterprise C level leaders. Before joining Costanoa Ventures, I worked at Sutter Hill Ventures, Symantec, Veritas, Affinia, and SurfWatch Software. 

A Little More About Me: 

I spend my spare time enjoying the variety of live music that the San Francisco Bay Area has to offer, cooking, being at the beach, and spending time with my family and two cats.
