My Philosophy:

I strive to live with intention, approaching every interaction and decision with care and thoughtfulness. I’ve always been driven to take care of others, ensuring people feel seen, valued, and supported. I believe in maintaining my own independence while cultivating resilience, embracing curiosity as a guide for growth, and making deliberate choices that create positive impact. For me, life is about fostering meaningful connections, learning continuously, and leaving those around me better for having crossed my path.

Experience:

Before joining Team Costanoa, I led sales and events at Costanoa Resort, driving record-breaking growth while overseeing complex operations across multiple departments and vendors. My experience managing office operations at Telmate, including corporate housing, travel, and events, strengthened my ability to create seamless experiences and deliver results under pressure. Over a decade at The Ritz-Carlton honed my skills in anticipating unspoken needs, cultivating relationships, and leading high-performing teams, earning multiple performance and service awards along the way. Most recently, I brought this expertise to a private family office, providing strategic administrative and operational support at the highest level.

A Little More About Me: 

I’m always planning my next adventure, usually based around a meteor shower - my favorites are Geminids in Joshua Tree and Perseids in Olympic National Park. I volunteer at a local senior living community and also foster senior dogs in need...but I’m now officially a foster fail. 

My favorite ways to enjoy my free time include the pottery studio, off-roading, reading, baking, gardening and catching a live show.
